Nancy Araiza started DSOC in 2005. As a registered dental assistant who has a passion for people, she noticed a need for truly personalized staffing services in an industry where agencies are just sending out "warm bodies."

In 2006, she acquired a staffing agency that had been in business for over 10 years. Nancy has been in the dental field since 1992, and she knows the difficulties that come along with working in a small office environment. She understands the importance of finding that perfect personality and skill match, which starts with listening to the needs of both the client and the candidate.

Always considered a "matchmaker" by her peers, Nancy is enthusiastic, professional, and confidential when it comes to her clients. The mission of Dental Staff On Call is to provide personal and caring attention to every client at a high-quality service.

Nancy Araiza currently lives in San Jose, California, with her husband and their two children.
